Ashleigh Hamm
Marketing Director + Owner
After completing her education in Business Administration specializing in Marketing, Ashleigh began her marketing and communications career at the Brandon Chamber of Commerce. Since then, she has gained a tremendous amount of hands-on skills and knowledge specifically in traditional marketing, digital marketing, event planning and communications.
Ashleigh has worked in a variety of business sectors including hospitality, tourism, finance and manufacturing. In addition, she has worked with small start ups and sole proprietors promoting both products and services.
Ashleigh sits on the Membership Committee at the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and is currently continuing her education by working towards her Digital Marketing Certification through McMaster University.
On the personal side, she also owns Ashleigh Hamm Photography, lives in Brandon, Manitoba with her husband Myran, six year old son Kash and three year old son Crew.
Jess Raupers
Brand Strategist
Jess has over a decade of experience in graphic design and has a special interest in building brands for small to medium sized businesses. She moved to Brandon in 2009, to pursue a diploma in Web Design, from Assiniboine Community College.
Over the years, Jess has worked in a variety of roles within education, hospitality and media industries and always found the time to squeeze in creative projects along the way. In 2018, Jess started offering freelance graphic design services to the Westman community again. During this time, Jess worked with over 30 businesses and developed a streamlined process for defining a company’s brand strategy while building cohesive visual assets that create a unified brand identity. She also completed online courses aimed at best branding practices, social media strategies, and personal development methodology.
Jess keeps busy with her four children and husband. She co-hosts, edits and produces a podcast aimed at breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and enjoys writing, gardening and volunteering in her community. Jess has been involved with many organizations including; Westman Regional Soccer Association, Brandon Career Symposium, Assiniboine Community College, and Yellowed Regional Employment Skills and Services.

Lana Knoll
CREATIVE STRATEGIST
Lana was born and raised in Saskatchewan before venturing to New Brunswick to complete her post-secondary education specializing in Graphic Design. Over the years, she has travelled and worked across Canada, gaining an extensive amount of experience in the creative industry.
After graduating, she started her career designing artwork for poker chips. She later moved into the newspaper industry which led her to doing freelance graphic design, creating logos and marketing materials for small to medium sized businesses. Her experience at a sign shop enabled her to see her work go from design, to print, right through to installation. In 2009, Lana accepted the position of Art Director, where she successfully implemented a complete re-design of a magazine.
In 2010, Lana’s family grew by two. After having twins, she continued to expand on her career in the creative industry, shifting her focus to building her photography business which she continued after her third child was born. In 2020 she brought all her skills together working in the marketing industry as a Marketing Coordinator.

Drew Mitchell
Marketing COORDINATOR
Drew was raised in Brandon, MB where she attended Assiniboine Community College and obtained a diploma in Business Administration. She then moved to Winnipeg to further her education and obtain a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, with a major in Marketing.
Drew moved back to Brandon in the fall of 2021 where she currently resides with her partner Brody and fur-baby Millie. She spends her free time playing volleyball, enjoying the outdoors, and surrounding herself with her family and friends.
Drew began working at Create Marketing in a part-time capacity in 2022 while she also worked as a Community Engagement Specialist in the Aerospace industry. She has now joined the Create team full-time as a Marketing Coordinator, where she uses her strong customer service, marketing and operations experience to assist small businesses in Manitoba with their marketing strategies.

Alina Shalwani
Marketing coordinator
Originally from Mumbai, India, Alina holds a bachelor’s degree in mass media, specializing in Journalism and Marketing. To expand her marketing career, she relocated to Winnipeg in 2016 to pursue a post-graduate diploma in Public Relations, Marketing, and Strategic Communications. Since then, Alina has served as a Marketing Coordinator in Calgary and Brandon, accumulating significant experience in both traditional and digital marketing.
Alina's journey has taken her through various industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, non-profit, and customer service, giving her a unique insight into the needs of diverse clients. Over time, she has honed her skills in website design, event planning, and relationship management.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Alina volunteers her time and expertise to support the initiatives of the Aga Khan Development Network and other non-profit organizations. She believes in leaving the world a better place and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those in need.
Oh, and she's a sucker for a great latte and loves exploring new cultures and cuisines whenever she travels.

Tara Stokes
Marketing coordinator
Hailing from Brandon, Tara pursued diverse educational paths, earning degrees in psychology, social work, and health and fitness from Brandon University, the University of Manitoba, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Despite her formal training, Tara's entrepreneurial spirit beckoned her toward business management and entrepreneurship. From creating her own line of niche headbands to establishing a comprehensive business encompassing branding, website development, sales, and marketing strategies, her biggest entrepreneurial accomplishment came from selling her products in Indigo, Canada’s largest book and gift store.
Fueled by her entrepreneurial achievements, Tara redirected her efforts toward aiding other businesses in achieving success through social media and digital marketing strategies. Her natural creativity and passion blossom when she's engaged in work that resonates with her.
Outside her professional career, Tara enjoys photography, yoga, DIY projects, and making cherished memories with her family.

MARKETING COORDINATOR
As a Marketing Coordinator, Ceone blends her passion for photography with her expertise in content creation to craft compelling narratives and visuals. With over a decade of experience behind the lens, her journey as a self-taught photographer has shaped the way she connects with clients and business owners.
Ceone specializes in portrait photography, and loves capturing the personality and emotion of her subjects. Her talent extends to properties, products, and landscapes - where she often blends her love of travel and the outdoors with creating content that customers are sure to resonate with.
With a deep understanding of both the artistry and strategy behind effective campaigns, Ceone Hamilton brings a fresh perspective to the Create Marketing team. Through her lens, she transforms ideas into visual masterpieces, helping brands connect with their audiences and leaving a lasting impression.

Shae Worthington
MArketing Assistant
Shae was born and raised in Brandon, MB and grew up traveling and spending time with her family. She was very involved in sports her whole life and still enjoys playing volleyball and doing yoga in her free time.
She has had many roles in the customer service industry including retail management, restaurant service and event setups.
Shae has a strong pull towards entrepreneurial endeavors and runs her own Instagram Boutique. Her love of fashion and creativity has helped her learn the skills necessary to run this small business.
Over the years, Shae has enjoyed backpacking throughout various countries and meeting new people along the way. Some of her favourite places are, Indonesia, Ecuador, and Egypt because they all inspired her to see the world in different ways.

Teighan Fleming
Graphic Designer
Teighan was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba where she attended Brandon University and Assiniboine Community College.
Growing up with a passion and talent in fine arts led her towards studying design after high school. She obtained a diploma in Interactive Media Arts specializing in graphic design from ACC in 2020, and now has a contract job teaching business students at the college. She has been working in the design industry for the past 4 years and has quickly gained knowledge and experience by working with print design, branding, publications, and digital design.
Teighan now splits her time between Brandon and Onanole with her partner Drew and their spoiled dog, Belle. When she's not working, she enjoys being outdoors, being active, and travelling the world.
